GPJ was contracted by multiple brands (and one country – Australia) to create their experiences at the Expo 2010 in Shanghai, China – the largest world expo in 185 years. The Expo’s theme of ‘Better City, Better Life’ offered a unique venue to launch Cisco’s “Smart+Connected Communities” (S+CC) initiative on a global scale, and showcase the ambitious, forward-thinking plans of the other clients.

GPJ implemented our proprietary Strategic Experience Mapping model to segment our client’s high-value audiences and translated that into designs and production timelines for various physical space.

The result was a series of high profile immersive environments that showcased the range and impact of our client’s service offerings/products. The results were impressive. For example, the average duration of a Cisco VIP visit was 96 minutes and customer confidence in Cisco’s Smart+Connected offering saw a 70% uplift.
